We enjoyed every moment of our stay: comfortable and cozy family rooms with lots of space to play and relax (it’s a room on two floors), genuine and tasty food (and plenty of it), a little space at the restaurant where kids can play, relaxed and informal atmosphere (perfect for an afer sky evening), close to the lakes and the slopes. Amazing nature around (Bohinj lake, Bled lake, Vogel ski resort, Pokliuka sky resort. In front of the wellness centre and ice rink, close to supermarket, post office and other shops. We will definitely come back next year

We stayed here as a group of 8 and had a splendid time. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the evening meal is good as well with a very broad range of food. Also catered well for one of our party who was gluten free. Only gripe is that the beds are single rather than double but we survived nonetheless! Will return and recommend

Séjour de 4 nuit avec un enfant de 3 ans. Littéralement tombé sous le charme de la région, nous avons séjourné dans cette pension qui se situe à mi-chemin entre le lac de Bled et de Bohinj. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et la literie est très bonne. Au déjeuner, le buffet est fourni. Le personnel, froid de prime à bord est très sympathique et cela, assez rapidement. Niveau restauration, relativement basique.
Au final, établissement que je conseille et dans lequel je reviendrai certainement.

We visited Slovenia for the first time and stayed at Tripic for 10 nights. Despite having no car the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the area. There is a regular bus to Bohinj lake (10 minutes away) or a great cycle path too. There are also regular buses to Bled (not as nice as Bohinj!!). We came by train and that is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
As for the hotel, Irena and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All spoke great English (as well as many other languages). We had half-board and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Being a vegan i was a little worried about what i was going to eat but I needn’t have been – the staff catered for all requests.
Overall – a beautiful part of the world and a great place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Hotel Tripic is set in the beautiful village of Bohinjska Bistrica, with stunning mountain views. Easy access to Lakes Bled & Bohinj, Mount Prsivec, Sija and Brda.
Rooms are large and incredibly clean. A large selection for breakfast to cater for all tastes ranging from meats, pastries, cereals, breads, fruit and juices……
The evening menu consisted of a variety of starters, mains and deserts…. the menu was varied, with plenty of choice…. good wholesome quality food ….
* I thoroughly enjoyed my week at hotel Tripic, the staff were always incredibly friendly.

I arranged for a group of friends to stay there for two nights and we all enjoyed it. Rooms were European small, but clean and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and breakfast huge with a lot of variety. Restaurant served excellent very affordable local food.

Friendly staff, pleasant views, good food!
Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pretty village with mountains and lake in the distance. My husband was too ill to go down for lunch and the staff kindly helped prepare a tray of food to take up to him. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Struttura in posizione centrale, molto pulita, con proprietari e personale sempre cortesi e disponibili. Cibo buono, colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità. A Bohinjska Bistrica la struttura con il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo.
